Individuals who practice Pilates regularly experience increased energy levels and improved overall stamina.
Here is what Madeleine W. had to say on Yelp:
“My mom has been going twice a week to Mary Jane’s Pilates Studio for the last 3 months. The improvement in her strength, balance, and endurance is remarkable. If she can get a 73-year-old with no previous experience and two hip replacements to love her practice it’s definitely worth giving her studio a visit. Thank you for taking such good care of her, Mary Jane!! I highly recommend this Pilates Studio!”
