PRESENTED BY MARY JANE’S PILATES STUDIO
Not all Pilates is created equal. Originally known as Contrology, Pilates has gained widespread popularity throughout the world over the last two decades.
Many fitness studios boast “ pilates based classes” or teach classes where exercises have been modified with other training modalities, which changes the intent of the exercise.
I am dedicated to teaching the Pilates method the way it was originally taught.
Come experience the classical difference for yourself and see how your body and life will be transformed!
Visit our Website for more information or Call Mary Jane today: 575-644-5591

Note: Always check to confirm event details with venue before attending events for changes or weather cancellations.
